What Is Self Hypnosis?

Self-hypnosis is a technique where a person intentionally guides their own attention into a very focused, calm state—often similar to daydreaming or being absorbed in a book—with the goal of influencing thoughts, feelings, or habits in a positive way.

Some People Use Self-Hypnosis To:

 

  • Reduce stress or nervousness

  • Improve focus or study habits

  • Build confidence (like for sports or presentations)

  • Practice positive thinking or goal-setting

What It Is

  • A state of deep focus and relaxation, not sleep
  • You’re aware and in control the whole time

  • Often used to work on things like confidence, stress, motivation, or learning

What It Isn't

  • Mind control

  • Magic or loss of control

  • Being unconscious or “out of it”

What Is Quantum Journaling?

It’s a self-help / manifestation-style journaling practice that mixes positive psychology ideas with spiritual and motivational language.

Some People Use Quantum Journaling  To:

  • Help clarify goals

  • Build confidence

  • Encourage positive habits

  • Reduce stress by organizing thoughts

  • Manifest 

 

What It Is

  • Writing in a journal as if a goal has already happened

  • Focusing on thoughts, emotions, and beliefs you want to strengthen

  • Using present-tense or future-success language (for example: gratitude, confidence, clarity)

What It Isn't

  • About wishful thinking or waiting for the universe to do the work for you. It’s about using writing as a tool to clarify direction, strengthen belief, and align your thoughts with meaningful action.

  • Magic or loss of control

  • Being unconscious or “out of it”
