Releasing Trauma Stored in the Body

 

  • ObjectiveTo begin the process of releasing trauma that is stored in the body, which may be contributing to chronic illness and autoimmune responses.

 

  • Content A discussion on how trauma can be stored in the body and manifest as physical symptoms or chronic illness.

 

 

  • OutcomeThe client begins to release stored trauma, leading to a reduction in physical symptoms and emotional distress.




Session 3:

Modulating the Fight-or-Flight Response

  • Objective: to modulate the fight-or-flight response that is often hyperactive in individuals with trauma, chronic illness, and autoimmune diseases.

 

  • Content Further explanation of the sympathetic nervous system (fight-or-flight) and parasympathetic nervous system (rest-and-digest)..Breath work: Introduction of breathing exercises to support the activation of the parasympathetic nervous system.
